NOW goes inside the American war machine to ask are we fighting for the right reasons?

On Friday, NOW gets perspective on the business of making war from two unique voices, award-winning filmmaker Eugene Jarecki and former Pentagon insider, Chuck Spinney. Jarecki's latest film "Why We Fight" examines the history of the politics and business of war and explores what it tells us about the war on terror and the war in Iraq. Spinney's outspoken analysis of government waste while a senior official at the Pentagon didn't win him many friends in Washington and his experience may be a cautionary tale about America's ability to defend itself.
